My Story

The Forward Trust is a social business with charitable status that empowers people to break the often interlinked cycles of crime and addiction to move forward with their lives.
For more than 25 years they have been working with people to build positive and productive lives, whatever their past. They believe that anyone is capable of lasting change. The services have supported thousands of people to make positive changes and build productive lives with a job, family, friends and a sense of community.

This group is a diverse mix of incredible people all with the same goal, to stay abstinent.
They encourage and support each other help others who are also struggling with addictions.

Lockdown has been an incredibly hard for everyone and more and more people are turning to alcohol and drugs. 
I am going to be running as many miles as I can for the Hull to Cairo month to help raise funds for the Trust
